To start using the Real Yeti API, you'll need to set up an API key. Follow these steps:
NOTE: For now, please contact us to get access to the developer portal.
1. Sign up for an account:
Visit our developer portal at https://developer.realyeti.com
Click on "Sign Up" and fill out the required information
Verify your email address
2. Create an API key:
Log in to your account
Navigate to the "API Keys" section
Click "Generate New API Key"
Give your key a name (e.g., "Development Key", "Production Key")
3. Store your API key securely:
Copy the generated API key
Store it in a secure location (never commit it to public repositories)
You won't be able to see the full key again, so make sure you've copied it correctly
šŸ”„ Regenerating Your API Key
If you need to regenerate your API key for any reason:
1.
Log in to your account
2.
Go to the "API Keys" section
3.
Find the key you want to regenerate
4.
Click "Regenerate Key"
5.
Confirm the action
Remember, regenerating a key will invalidate the old one, so make sure to update your applications with the new key.
šŸ“ˆ Usage Dashboard
Once you start using your API key, you can monitor your usage in the developer portal. This dashboard provides insights into your API calls, rate limit usage, and more.
